This site is published by the operator of do.enterprises (“the operator”, “we”). It describes a commercial service: the production of a separate operating company for an anchoring enterprise or a portfolio company. Engagement terms, including any equity, commercial rights, or acquisition path, and the party you contract with, are negotiated and papered one to one in an engagement letter and are not offered here.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation of any kind. Engagements are commercial service contracts, negotiated one to one.
Descriptions of past work are scoped deliberately. Claims are marked as verifiable, attested with an exhibit pending, or design and thesis language. No claim is made beyond its marking.
Third-party names and figures appear as publicly reported, with sources linked, and imply no relationship.
Sending a problem brief creates no engagement and no obligation on either side. We may decline any brief and will say so in writing.
