What this site collects, which is almost nothing, and what happens to a problem brief.
The site
This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking scripts. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request metadata a font request carries (your IP address and browser identity). No other third party is called from any page.
A problem brief
When you send a brief, the form posts to this site’s own server-side handler. It stores what you typed, the time, and the country your request arrived from, in a database in the operator’s own Cloudflare account. Nothing is sent to a third-party form or mailing service.
A brief is read by a person and used for one purpose: to reply to you. Your email address is used for that reply and nothing else. We do not add you to a list.
Do not put customer records in a brief. Name the category of signal; keep the data.
To have a brief deleted, send a second brief from the same address with the one line “delete my brief”. It is removed within ten business days and you are told when it is.
